What is a Public Adjuster
A state licensed Public Adjuster or Attorney are the people that can lawfully represent your rights as the insured during the claims process.
Was your home/property / business affected by a storm, high wind (hurricane), hail, water damage, or a fire? We understand the damage and destruction represents not only a potential financial loss by an emotional one as well. Your PPA Public Adjuster is hired by YOU and works for YOU, explaining the process during this stressful time.
What PPA Will Do For You

Understanding your unique homeowners or business insurance policy, meticulously evaluating the damage appropriately and filing all the proper paperwork.
Claim Process
PPA works on your behalf by being present at all inspections. Submitting accurate estimates. Handling all emails, phone calls and negotiations with your Insurance Carrier.
Personal Assistance
We come in as your PA advocating to get your voice heard, getting your claim assessed and adjusted fairly for a fair resolution that allows you to restore your home or business.
What to Expect from Parker Public Adjusters?
STEP #1
One of our PPA adjusters will conduct a complimentary Initial Damage Assessment (IDA), thoroughly examining your policy coverage. Leveraging our expertise, we will scrutinize your policy to uncover specific language that delineates your coverage accurately.
STEP #2
We'll guide you through the state-approved contract that authorizes PPA Adjusters to represent you, the insured. We’ll handle everything – from submitting the official Letter of Representation to the insurer to gathering all the necessary documentation to support your claim. We work tirelessly to ensure your claim receives the compensation it deserves.
STEP #3
Our approach ensures a thorough inspection of your entire property, documenting all damages caused by the covered peril. We utilize industry-leading Xactimate software to create a detailed estimate reflecting the accurate cost of repairs, ensuring your claim reflects the full extent of the damage and maximizes your chances of receiving a fair payout.
STEP #4
Avoid the back-and-forth communication that gets you nowhere! Your dedicated PPA adjuster acts as your central point of contact, handling all calls, emails, and even juggling multiple adjuster appointments with the insurance company. We streamline communication and ensure your claim progresses smoothly.
Public Adjuster vs Staff or Independent Adjuster
A small claim or large claim due to extensive damage can get confusing fast. You could be assigned multiple different staff adjusters, then independent adjusters that are sent to site examples: one for dwelling, one for personal property, and one for other additional parts of the claim
Public Adjuster
Public Adjusters are different than Independent or Staff Adjusters in that the process to become a state licensed Public Adjuster is a more comprehensive, and requires an apprenticeship for a set of time set out by the state to train and learn everything needed to knowingly and accurately advocate for YOU.
Independent Adjuster
Independent Adjusters and staff adjusters work for the Insurance company and are not held to the same requirements. The motive is different, the programs and testing they go through are different along with state licensing and regulations. Insurance company adjusters working for the insurance, are paid for by the insurance company.
